SleepGrip: the next step for your customer
Not every sleep problem is solved with a new bed. If someone lies awake due to worrying, a shifted sleep rhythm, or bad habits built up over years, a better mattress will only help so much. SleepGrip guides people step by step toward healthier sleep habits, using the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I).
For you as a retailer or advisor, it’s a handy tool. You can help your customer further, even if the solution doesn’t lie (solely) in the bedroom, and you can point them in the right direction for proper sleep support. SleepGrip is not a medical treatment: for serious or persistent complaints, the GP remains the first point of contact.
Collaborating with Luscus
Jürgen Swinnen has been working in the sleep industry since 1994: in retail, with international brand manufacturers, and in R&D and category management. Through Luscus BV, he works for companies in the sector, focusing on product knowledge, training, and how to clearly explain sleep comfort to your customers.
Share our articles
Feel free to share Mind the Bed articles with your customers, for example by including a link in your advice or newsletter. They are free and independent.
Independent, here too
The paid work of Luscus BV is separate from the articles on Mind the Bed. Companies do not pay for an article, a mention, or a spot in a comparison, and our partners collaborate without any quid pro quo. If we earn something via an affiliate link, we state that clearly. Read how we handle this in How we work.
